1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any salon services once they have been booked. Please ensure that you carefully review your booking details before confirming your appointment.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, you may reschedule your booking. However, the rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before your original appointment date. To reschedule:

• Contact our salon directly via WhatsApp, phone or email.
• We will work with you to secure a new time slot based on availability or the agreed time as we value our customers.

Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee a space if the request is made with short notice.
